# Rewardics > Rewardics is a physical reward fulfillment API and portal for loyalty, VIP and CRM programs. Operators send a reward, the recipient claims it through a branded link and enters their own address, and Rewardics buys the item, ships it and returns courier-signed proof of delivery. Built first for iGaming loyalty programs, also used for VIP players, affiliates, top customers and employees. Based in Zagreb, Croatia, shipping across the EU and worldwide. Key facts: - What it does: sources, ships and proves delivery of real, tangible rewards (electronics, gaming gear, wearables, branded merchandise) instead of points or vouchers. - No integration required to start: rewards can be sent from the Rewardics portal, one at a time or as a CSV upload for a whole campaign. The REST API, an embeddable claim widget and inbound webhooks are available for automation. - Unclaimed rewards cost nothing: a reward that expires unclaimed never reaches an invoice. Rewardics buys nothing until a recipient confirms an item and a shippable address. - Branded claim experience: each operator gets its own subdomain (for example acme.rewardics.com) with their colour, style and wording. Recipients need no account or app. - Proof of delivery: every shipment closes with courier tracking and a signature. Rewardics holds the carrier contract and handles delivery disputes and "where is my prize?" questions. - Compliance handled: customs paperwork per country, and items that cannot legally ship to a recipient's country are hidden from their catalog. - Does not replace a loyalty platform: tiers, missions and campaign rules stay in the operator's existing system. Rewardics starts once a reward has been earned. - Pilot: one segment, one catalog, a capped number of rewards over four to six weeks. Sandbox keys the same day, real deliveries usually within two weeks. ## Pages - [Home](https://rewardics.com/): what Rewardics is, how it works in three steps (send, claim, deliver), integration options and FAQ. - [Reward catalog](https://rewardics.com/catalog): example items Rewardics ships, with category, tier and starting price. - [API reference](https://rewardics.com/api): REST API for drops, the claim lifecycle, webhooks, rate limits and errors. - [Book a pilot](https://rewardics.com/contact): book a 30-minute scoping call, or email partners@rewardics.com. ## API summary - Base URL: https://api.rewardics.com (sandbox: api.sandbox.rewardics.com) - Auth: secret key as a bearer token (sk_live_ / sk_test_), server side only.
