Overview
Rewardics fulfills physical rewards on behalf of loyalty, VIP and CRM programs. Two kinds of people show up in our systems: the program (our customer, who integrates with the API or dashboard) and the recipient (the program's member who claims and receives a reward). This policy covers both. Where local law such as the GDPR applies, the program is generally the data controller for its members, and Rewardics acts as a processor for the purpose of sourcing, shipping and confirming delivery.
Data we collect
We only collect what a physical delivery requires, plus the account data needed to run a program.
Name, shipping address, email or phone for delivery updates, and the item chosen from a catalog or a fixed reward.
Account and billing contact details, API keys, catalog configuration and the drop and webhook events your integration sends us.
Drop and claim status, courier tracking history and the delivery signature that closes out a drop.
Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type when you use the dashboard, claim page or this site.
How we use it
Recipient data is used only to source, ship and confirm a reward: choosing an item, printing a label, routing a parcel and resolving delivery disputes. Program data is used to operate accounts, keys and billing, and to answer support requests. We do not sell recipient or program data, and we do not use recipient data for advertising.
Retention
An unclaimed reward's claim link expires on the window the program sets, and no shipping data is collected until an item and address are confirmed. Delivery records, including the courier signature, are kept for as long as needed to resolve disputes and meet accounting and tax obligations, then deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
If you're a recipient and want to access, correct or delete the data tied to a reward, contact the program you earned it from, or reach us directly at the address below and we'll route the request. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to certain processing.
